Upon successful completion of Phase II, moms may apply to move on to the third and final phase of living at Massey Centre, our Transitional Supportive Townhouse Program. In this phase, which lasts for six months, mom and baby live in one of 17 two-bedroom townhouses with even greater levels of independence.

Our moms continue to work on their individual plan of care with the same residential counsellors from Phase II of the program while preparing for independent community living upon completion of the residential program.
