Stephanie Wang

STEPHANIE WANG is an experienced strategy and finance professional. Most recently, she was Director of Strategy and Business Improvement at Sears Canada, responsible for developing corporate strategy, evaluating new business initiatives, and leading corporate change. Previously, she was Senior Strategy and Operations Consultant at Deloitte, leading projects in Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, and Organizational Transformation. Prior to joining Deloitte, she was Finance Manager with Manulife Financial with experiences in Mergers & Acquisitions, Risk Management, and Financial Planning & Analysis. She holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto.
 
Stephanie has two very active daughters aged 3 and 5. She cares deeply about women and children’s mental health issues. In addition to her business background, she holds a certificate in Psychology and Mental Health from Ryerson University. These experiences have enriched her knowledge and understandings of motherhood and mental health challenges in our community. She has served as Vice President on the board of Hester How Early Learning Centre at the Toronto City Hall.
